Great to read more about you. I'm so glad doing the food was helpful in post natal depression. That is awesome!

That is interesting about the fruit. Ever thought of doing a consult with Kathleen? She is the expert on areas like this. You also might go thru steps again and tighten them up. I've done this several times.

Right now I'm having fun on step 7. I've been doing program since winter break of 2004-2005 though I discovered PNP summer 2002 and had to explore other diets first! hee hee.

I'm really glad I found this program though. (I actually remember praying for the best diet in the world! lol) RR changed my life and i am finally happy in my heart and in my skin. I was pretty unhappy for a long time.
