Welcome! I'm so glad you are posting. :h4) The RR program is a program of abundance and healing. Doing the steps slowly and in order allows that healing to happen. If you were to switch to three meals a day without doing step one and two and without slowly incorporating step 3, it is most likely that you would feel overwhelmed, cranky and irritable. :s4( I tried to "do it all at once" with a different program and found I could only sustain it for about two weeks and that I didn't feel better at all. :s6(

In RR I did it one step at a time and with step three I did it one baby step or nano step at a time. I am able to sustain the changes and experience the healing and it is wonderful! :h26)

Have you started eating breakfast yet? Do you know the four parts:

Within the hour of waking
Every day
With enough protein for your weight
with a complex carb.
