Thank-you , yes I am enjoying it..I have been having smoothies for breakfast for a few years now..adding the protein was an interesting step...I am using the raw protein powder which right now seems to be working.....I wonder if by adding this protein for three meals will result in weight gain ? any history on this ? Thanks!
