shake is good I was reading about your coconut milk, nut butter, raspberries etc. sound delicious.. do you add a brown to it?
when having shake, I used to add oats, but prefer something alongside these days.
as for weight gain, some of us do gain weight ( and lots dont!)but as with all things - there is always a reason .... I did gain some, its gone now, but I actually do not regret the experience because as part of my own process it taught me so much ( yes, strange to say I know )
this newsletter I like because it gives some of those reasons... and I always find it good to think on.
