Hi & thank-you...right now I am using a raw certified organic protein powder which is good...one serving has 17 g of protein, I am adding other things to this to get the recommended amount for my weight..like nuts,sunflower butter, etc...I make the smoothie with water,or unsweetened coconut milk , but water is my preference as the protein powder is thick, today I will use organic raspberries.I am enjoy the book & have another ordered, I will look into the CD's...Thank-you!
