glad you found some answers in the book I had a ' planned snack' for a long time, because I think it was so helpful to get my blood sugar settled.
I let go of that as I went through the steps, but I always carry some almonds in my handbag to this day because then I am ready for any unexpected eventuality
how are you doing with breakfast? I found that one a bit difficult at first... are you enjoying it?
