Hi Judy!

I really liked the article in the newsletter that Mosaic posted for you. (Just scroll to the very bottom of the link if you can't find it!)

My experience was that in doing the steps and learning how to fuel my body properly, I did gain weight,but my weight had been fluctuating and was progressivly going up and up.

Doing the steps stabilized my weight for a long time and then when I was ready and stable, I was able to slowly lose the weight.

Joining the YLD or Your Last Diet group and online live chats really helped me because I learned what things affect weight gain or loss. That's the place to be if you want to talk weight loss and not just weight loss but living abundantly too!
