Welcome Carrie!
Wow, a mother on 9! I have 2 children, and that has kept me quite busy over the years.
So glad you found us. Have you figured out what you would like to have for breakfast yet? This morning I had leftover beef with my lentils...warm and satisfying!
This program has helped me to be more emotionally and physically available for those I care for. I'm calmer and happier and clearer....and those around me have noticed and appreciate it. I really treasure who I am now, and am still amazed at how much changing my food has made a difference in my life, and in the lives of my children.
