Carrie I love your idea of having a selection of breakfasts you can rotate. That really is great!

I found the questions that were handy for me to ask myself were - Have I got enough protein for my weight... enough grams? do I think I have enough brown in there, do I feel satisfied?

its a good question about the fruit... no, its not one of our browns. Fine to have though! Vegetables the same - not browns. you can learn more about browns in step 5 list. :h10)

yogurt I dont count as a 'dense' protein - the dense ones are those one could hold in ones hand....though to be fair the Greek type has more protein than most but I would only use that as a top-up extra.

and of course I am devoted to within-the-hour :h7) thats really important for me.

I dont know what egg substitute is ? :h6) but I dont worry about eggs anymore as they have lost that old bad cholesterol story these days.

I do have lots of variety with other meals but I seem to stick to the same breakfast... so its nice to read of yours :h12)
