As promised I developed a breakfast plan that includes four breakfasts that fit my eating style (though I would typically have a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries, 1 cup of milk, and a cup of tea with splenda). It includes four days that I thought I would rotate until I came up with other breakfasts that have adequate protein:

Omelet(1 egg, 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/2 oz cheese, 1/2 oz ham, veggies) with toast, smart balance spread.

Yogurt Smoothie (1 cup yogurt 1 T. protein powder, frozen strawberries, stevia) with w.w. toast, 1 T. peanut butter.

1 cup cottage cheese fruit, bran muffin

Breakfast Burrito (w.w. tortilla, 2 eggs, 1 oz. ham, 1 oz cheese mushrooms).

QUESTION: Can the complex carb I have with my breakfast be a fruit rather than a grain?

I am open to critiquing so please give me feedback.
