Thanks Sandra. :) Yes there was a time when I would not have noticed the connection at all. I'm usually not that observant. So I am happy I can see it now. I am on step one...trying to get regular with breakfast. I don't love it honestly. It seems I keep having to start over at step one, but I am trying to do better this time.
