Yes journaling is a very good process. I'm not on step two but I think at least this whole ice cream/cake incident has helped me understand journaling more. I've also been known to down bowl of cereal and sugar. :h9) It's not so uncommon...it's nice to know that others have the same food issues that I do.

Currently my sister has a pint of extreme moosetracks ice cream in the freezer. It's been there for two weeks. For the life of me, I don't see why she doesn't eat it! Please eat it and put me out of my misery at seeing it every time i open the freezer! :s4(
