: I really do know what you mean about knowing something is in the cupboard,or in the house somewhere.
I can live with all sorts of stocked up foods and leave them alone but if there something very attractive to me my memory of its location is very sharp.
The season is coming for everything pumpkin and I am already thinking of three words ---- moderation, satisfaction and substitution.
I know I have to love what I do eat so the substitutions must satisfy me.
