I'm doing all four parts of breakfast, which is tricky because lately I have been waking/sleeping at all hours. But I eat in the morning time. Not always within an hour...that's also tricky because I make my breakfast, then breakfast for the rest of my family. This morning I was eating while cooking. I think that's the only way I can eat in time. But still, it works. :) Though I have to admit some mornings I wish I could just drink a smoothie and eat a banana. I try to remind myself that I'm eating all this protein for my well being. I'll be glad when I can afford George's shake.
I'm a part of radiant cooking and radiant step 1, though I don't stop by as much as I ought to. Maybe I should get into that habit. Thanks for your feedback Sandra. :)
